A gentle, welcoming monthly drop in circle for birthing people to explore birth in a supportive and nurturing safe space.

We’ll come together to explore different aspects of birth and birth preparation, helping you feel informed, connected, and more confident as you prepare to meet your baby. There is no judgement, no pressure, and no expectation to have all the answers, just honest conversations, exploration of information, and a chance to discover what feels right for you.

Together we'll chat about birth preferences, informed choice and decision-making, interventions, navigating the unexpected, building your support team, and practical ways to prepare emotionally and physically for birth. There is also space to share fears, ask questions, and connect with others who are on a similar journey.
